When I take a walk to clean my messy head But this shitty mind comes back in no time And it keeps buzzing around like a satellite I should find a bin to throw this mind away I know I’m chatty when I’m a mess Heads up, It’s just another fantasy When I talk about something serious I don’t talk much in an ordinary day But when I can’t communicate with myself I’m gonna tell you everything all night long I know I’m chatty when I’m a mess Heads up, It’s just another fantasy

I wanted to become a switch hitter Oh, you know, I’m not talking about baseball now I made a plan but the life was too bitter You gotta keep going, just don’t try to be someone else Please have a seat and listen to my story Maybe one day I could hit a solo homer Everybody wants to make a deal and get the glory You gotta keep going, just don’t try to be someone else Don't hesitate man The train’s about to leave soon You should get on it All your friends are waiting for you

Is there a ghost? I would never look Is there luck? I could never have Is there a bomb? I would never blow Is there a hope? I would never stop Is there time? I would never chase Is there a dog? I would never tame Is there a friend? I would never lie Is there the sun? I would never die Is there a stain? I would never clean Is there a complaint? I would never hear Is there a chance? I would never pass Is there a job? I would never start Is there a gum? I would never spit Is there money? I would never save Is there fun? I would never sigh Is there the sun? I would never die

City people want to go to the country Country people want to go to the city It’s strange, all the people want the opposite People want to wear a coat in summer People want to go to the beach in winter It’s strange, all the people want the opposite Please be satisfied, just be satisfied Kids want to grow up as fast as possible Adults want to look younger than their age It’s strange, all the people want the opposite People want someone when they’re lonely People want space when they’re with someone It’s strange, all the people want the opposite Please be satisfied, just be satisfied

People all make mistakes (oh, sometimes) Not everyone learns from them (I’m the very same) I think that’s our destiny (our destiny) We’re designed like that We all want to judge others (oh, every time) Oh, maybe you would deny it (like your best friend did) I think that is our instinct (our instinct) We’re designed like that, yeah We’re designed like that We're scared of being robotized (oh, It makes you a fool) But we all act like robots (that's all we have learnt) I think that’s our destiny (our destiny) We’re designed like that People tell lies to themselves (a lot of times) Not everyone knows it’s a debt (I’m the very same) I think that is our instinct (our instinct) We’re designed like that, yeah

Treasure 04:55 video
I’m trying to find a treasure that not everyone can get It’s in underwater, deep inside your mind But the legends keep talking to me “do whatever you want” It makes me happy, crazy and I take it too far I know I’m stepping in the path that they have been on It feels like sometimes I’m chasing a ghost but I’m sure that it can happen Well, I’m sitting on my chair and I’m listening to their voices Oh, How did they feel about this? Now I know the colour and the country have nothing to do It’s the real deal, treasure I think I found the way how to spend my day and night Books or movies or friends or whatever will never show But the records keep talking to me “you find it by yourself” It makes me happy, crazy and I take it too far I know I’m stepping in the path that they have been on It feels like sometimes I’m chasing a ghost but I’m sure that it can happen Well, I’m sitting on my chair and I’m listening to their voices Oh, How did they feel about this? Now I know the colour and the country have nothing to do It’s the real deal, treasure

Fame 04:28
Being a freak is the best thing That is what I say all the time So what do you say? My halo keeps on fading away You will say “who would even care?” Oh, that’s so right Only fame without a frame is real Stepping into solitude OK but can you stick it out? Oh, I’m in chaos Can you tell me how long I should float ‘Cause I guess I’m losing myself It’s time to go down Only fame without a frame is real
8.
I'm stacking up all different alter egos in my mind I have to choose which one I will use when I meet someone And they’ll demand another fresh persona they’d prefer Don’t you ever feel like you’re on stage when you talk? People might hate you so much If you reveal yourself And you’ll take another lesson, just to survive

about

Seoul Korea’s DTSQ return with flying form on their sophomore album Moon Juice and Space Biscuits. Nine tracks (plus a bonus demo recording) complete a multi-layered psych rock lp, brimful of adrenaline-filled highs and trademark technicoloured space jams. Inspired by the melodic structures and expressionism of music from the 70’s, lead talisman and songwriting sonic sourcerer, Suhyun Kim’s vision for the album was to create what he’s termed “Easy-listening psych pop.” This is a brighter, tighter and more vibrant surround sound than they have produced before and the result is highly accessible, tripped out pop which is at its core: joyful.

A product of its creation, the album was recorded in the most relaxed of environments, together with their friend Jaeyeon Hwang at Surf! Recordings, enabling the group to experiment and move at their own pressure-free pace. Mastered by Rob Grant at Poons Head Studio (Tame Impala, Pond, Melody’s Echo Chamber) the work sparkles with energy and direction from start to finish.

Strap on your headphones and prepare to be delighted.
